    I find as my players have gotten older, all they want to do is scrimmage. To keep them focused on what we need to accomplish at practice, I cut our scrimmage time in half, and put a little scrimmage right in the middle of practice, and the other at the end. Gives them an opportunity to work on what we focused on early in practice, and later. It has been working, so I plan to keep doing it!
